Privacy Policy

You don't need an account to browse deals, and browsing doesn't require any personal information. We don't run banner ads or ad-tracking, and we don't sell your data. Restaurants can pay to feature a listing, and those are always clearly labelled. For basic traffic numbers we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (via Vercel) that count page views in aggregate - no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and nothing tied to you.

Deal submissions are anonymous: no account, no name. If you add a source link or photo, that's used only to verify the deal. To keep spam down, reports and submissions use a coarse, non-identifying signal for rate-limiting; it isn't tied to your identity.

If you choose to help verify deals, you sign in with an email magic link. We store:

• your email address, used only to send sign-in links;
• a random account id (e.g. user-4f9a2c) and a count of deals you've helped verify.

If you enter your email in the footer sign-up, we store your email address and the cityyou signed up from, so we can send the occasional best-deals email. It's entirely optional, we don't sell or share the list, and every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.

If an owner features a listing, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details. We keep the venue's billing email and subscription status to manage the feature.

The site runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase(database & sign-in). Payments use Stripe. Restaurant ratings come from Google. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and some of them store data on servers in the United States.

You're in control. From your account pageyou can delete your account at any time. That removes your email, account id, and verification history for good, and we don't keep account data after that.
